My last batch was over carbonated. The brew had an awesome flavor, but it has the carbonation feel of a soda. That was a new World Porter clone. This batch I am bottling tonight is an imperial red. I have a hair over 4 gallons. What sugar/water measurements should I use?
 
go into google and search "priming sugar calculator" and a bunch of sites will come up. I use the tastybrew.com link, and all you do is search for the style you want and it will give you a suggested amount of sugar for the appropriate carb level
