i am debating between a late hopping schedule of cascade, whch is better for over flavor and aroma, my thoughts are these would be almost identical:
.5 oz at 15 minutes
.5 oz at 5 minutes
OR
1 oz at 10 minutes
any input on which one is more beneficial to a beer
