I just made a 10' foot trellis today too! I'm so jealous of your height though. I planted cascade and nugget, how deep in the ground did you have to go?

I have Cascade, Wiliamette, and Goldings, purchased from HALIFAXHOPS (vendor on here) and Northern Brewer from my LBHS. I have them in the pots waiting til I get the soil amended, as my soil here is dry and hard. Then hook it into my irrigation drip system. Time will tell if it will hold up to the Santa Ana winds we get. But by the time the winds come, the hops should all be harvested....I dug a 2 foot hole about 10" diameter. If you look closer, you can see (3ft up)where I made it so I can bring it down like a flag pole.

This is by far one of the best I have seen to date! The bird house was a nice touch too. Great job!

Thanks. the wife wanted me to put an owl box up there after she saw how high it was. I said no
