This was my first Hef. After two week in the secondary it has a white skin on top. It smells fine. Any ideas? Good? Bad?

I would say it's normal krausen, but since you said this has been in the secondary for two weeks, I'm thinking it's not. Can you get a closer pic? Is it filmy?

Yes it is very thin. It was solid like a sheet, and when I moved the carboy it broke up. It has been in secondary and covered for two weeks. It was in the primary for ten days.

Taste the beer. If it tastes ok, bottle it and drink it quickly. It appears to be an infection but if it tastes ok, you can drink it. It won't kill you.
