Joo Brewing in RI

Love the site and am addicted. So many great ideas. I got my last extract in my secondary now and am going to keg it tomorrow. thanks in advance for the help people here are going to give.

i did a raspberry hefe. i kept it simple but am second guessing. all i did was add a can of the Vintner Harvest Rasp Puree to my secondary. Then racked my Hefe in there about half way. shook the hell out of it and finished racking it. i thought it should be a little more active but it hasnt been. Guess there is not alot of sugar in the Rasp. so now i worried that it may be too tart. well i will find out today. If it is i may serve it with some sugar or something around the rim like i have seen bars do with the pumpkin ales. wish me luck.
