I just made my first cider a 1 gal batch. I added to much brown dugar and got a starting gravity of 1.084 and it fermented down to 1.000 for a ab of 11.1%. I bottled it with .75 oz of table sugar for primming. My question is did I make bottle bombs or should I be OK?

Nope. You should be right on the money. It might need some time to mellow out with that much alcohol though.

How did it taste when you bottled it?

The taste was good. Dry but you could taste the apple and the cinnamon, I put two cinnamon sticks in. It was a little harsh and time should help with that.

You're more in apfelwein territory now. No problem at all, it's definitely successful. Just make sure you ate that hotness out of it.
