Anyone have any problems with doing a 30 min boil vs a 60? I'm considering it and I will be doing all grain
 
Boil time depends on your hop schedule. Bittering hops usually need 55-60 minutes.
Also some base malts (Pilsen?) need a 90 minutes boil to boil off DMS ... someone will clear that up for me I'm sure.
 
From what I understand with all grain you need to boil 60-90 minutes to boil off dms. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
 
That too, thanks Revvy. I gotta get a good set of notes for when I can finally do an all grain.
