8 month old HB Belgian tripel. (Wlp500)

First bottle tested out of the cases. 6 more months in the cellar to let the flavors meld and we might be on a real winner.

Anderson Valley Bourbon Barrel Stout. A 6.9% stout aged in Wild Turkey bourbon barrels. It's a bit thin, I was definitely hoping for more from this beer. Not bad, but I'm not going to pay $9 for another bomber of it.

Samuel Smith's Nut Brown Ale - Mmmmmmm that's tasty:eek:nestar::eek:nestar::eek:nestar::eek:nestar::eek:nestar:

Kicked my first Keg of HB Arrogant Bastard Clone last night with my buddy. Its was divine and to hear the end of the keg saddened me....oh well on to new beers.

Old Faithful.

No matter how many times I have that beer it always amazes me how well rounded and great it is.

BTW when does that Zhukov come out. I know people heading to Tampa next weekend and was wondering if they could stop by if it's gonna be out by then.

It's a "May" release. They have been a bit behind since Hunahpu Day, I'm having a hard time getting fresh Jai-Alai right now. I'm sure it will be available in the Tampa Bay market first, definitely have them stop by the brewery if possible. Have them get any imperial or imperial sweet stout they can get their hands on.

Speaking of CCB, having a Tocobaga now. Ahtanum/Simcoe goodness.

Gonna try. She wants to go to Kuenhenn but depends if she can peel herself out of the casino lol. She said I can just take a cab to Atwater while she gambles, just bring her some Decedent Chocolate Ale

Haha thats funny my wife loves Decedent Chocolate Ale I just brewed a clone of that for her. Just got to bottle it now.

My Black IPA disaster from last year.
What do you do when a beer you brewed sucks?
Let it sit and see what happens.
This still isn't a great beer, but much better than it was a few months ago. I tried to play it too safe and didn't go with my instincts on this recipe. I have learned my lesson. ;)
