I brewed a WIPA last week loosely based on the gum ball head recipe on here.
I bittered with some magnum to 25 IBU'S, then added 2 ounces of Amarillo from 15 to FO.
I'm not looking to make gumball head.
I'm trying to decide what to dry hop with. My first instinct is to use simcoe or citra.
I've also thought about cascade or centennial.
Any suggestions?

I think Simcoe is your best choice personally, Simcoe and Amarillo together are amazing (I have a Simcoe/Amarillo IPA on tap). It's a matter of personal preference though. I think that Cascade or Centennial are also decent options.

I am working on version 3 of a Pale ale based on Long Trail Brewery's Long Trail Pale Ale. It uses only cascade and centennial and has amazing aroma. I have been altering amounts and when additions are made. I'm going to use 2 ounces each for the dry hop.

I've never used simcoe or citra though.

I love simcoe/ Amarillo and Amarillo/ citra, that's why I'm having a hard time deciding what I want to use.

Citra by itself is fantastic for dry hopping, the others are good as well.
