I have some Amaris that I want to use, but can never find any info for a good hop to use with it.

If anyone knows about Amaris, and can share what hop varieties go well with it.

Looking at Northern Brewer, Cascade, Chinook, Galena, and Centennial as possible additions. Where I work has those for sale as plants and I want to take advantage of that as a way to whole cone dry hop with my Amaris.

Do you mean Amarillo? It goes well with American style hops like cascade and centennial. I brewed Jamil's American Amber and added centennial and Amarillo dry hops and it was great.

Nope, Amaris is a French/German hybrid hop I found online, but info for it is pretty scarce. It's a relatively new hop variety.
