Who owns spanish peaks brewing?

I was in my local store that is just starting to carry craft beers, among all the other bottles that were 7-8$ I saw Spanish peaks for 2.29$. My beer nerd antenna went up, maybe it's a session beer, maybe low abv less ingredients lesser price. No both the peach ale and IPA are 7%. So I put it in the old iPhone the beer advocate page says the brewery is in king city California, the bottle says its brewed is Saratoga springs, ny. Is this a big beer, craft lookalike?

Oh and by the way I bought one of each the price was too good, the peach is so sweet it makes my teeth hurt. Yuck clearly beer for folks who don't like the taste of beer, or teeth without fillings.
