So I kinda want to make an imperial amber ale tomorrow. This is what I have planned for a grain bill. 15lbs of 2 row base. .5lbs of Caramel 90L .5 Lb of Cara Red, .25lbs of Carapils, and 1 lb of Caramel 10L. I also have 1 lb of Caramel 20L i could substitute. I was planning on a making a 6 gallon batch. For hops, I have 4 oz of Falconers flight 7c's 4 oz of Sorachi Ace, 1 oz of Magum, 3 oz of Centennial, 3.5 oz of warrior, 3.25 oz of Chinook, and 3.3 oz of Citra. The last 3 beers I have made have had Citra in it. I feel like I should branch out. Does my grain bill sound good? Also what hops and hop schedule would you recommend. I also have 5 lbs of dextrose if needed.
