Hey everyone,
I'm thinking about brewing my own mango liqueur, but I have some doubts about the process so I'm expecting that you could help me:
- Of all the recepies I've read they say to add gin, vodka or any kind of alcohol, I was wondering if that's really necessary because in wine making we only add sugar?
- Another question is how long should I wait for the process to conclude?
