After fermamtion I racked it and dosed with campden and sorbate.now about a month later it is starting to develop a slight sulphur smell. It has, been under airlock at approx 65 degrees the whole time. I tried splash racking today but smell is still there. should I dose it with campden again? any other thoughts or ideas?

Its either camden or sulfates that can make a sulfur smell, you can try splash racking through a copper scrub pad, or it will likely age out on its own since its probably from the stabilizers.

I've never really use sulfates, as I prefer my meads pretty dry, but I wanted to backsweeten a cherry cyser and I definately got sulfer odors from it.
