Normally I don't care for beer from Weyerbacher , but I tried their Double Simcoe - Double IPA, and really liked it.
Does anyone have the official recipe?

I tried googling the recipe but haven't had much luck. I found a few, they all vary, and don't list their source, so I don't know how they came up with it, it could just be someones own recipe, which may be ok, but I'm looking to try brewing a clone of the Weyerbacher double Simcoe.

Bumpitty bump bump bump

Any updates on this? I had some last night and it was awesome!

I don't have any sort of recipe, but I would guess the grain bill is base pale, and a bunch of medium range crystal / caramel, maybe C40? Definitely more of it than most IPAs, being that it has quite a bit of residual sweetness there.
According to the website, it's a single hop brew.
So, for 9%, Brewsmith or some such would work to deconstruct the grain - you're probably looking at over 15 lbs for a 5-gal batch, and then play with the hops to gt IBU you like.
