I'm doing an American Red Ale and the recipe I have calls for
0.75 Willamette 5.5% AA 60m
0.50oz willamette 15m
0.5oz willamette 0m
But I only have about a half oz of Willamette, Oz of Mt. Hood and half oz of Cascade
How should I use them?
I am thinking of using Mt Hood @60(for bittering) then the Willamette @15
Thoughts?
