Trying this simple smash recipe as my first AG recipe I created.

12 lbs Maris otter
Mash at 150 for 60 min

1 oz Columbus at 60 min
1 oz Columbus at 0 min

California 5 yeast

2 oz Columbus dry hop

Brewers assistant says OG = 1.067
FG = 1.019

Thoughts?

The name comes from the dead fly I found floating in the bucket of stars san all the equipment was getting 'sanitized' in as I was getting ready to start....

Depending on your AA of the hops, it should be about mid-range to hoppy. Personally, I'd make a flavor addition in about 10 or 15 minutes before the boil's done. You've got bittering and aroma there, but not too much for hop flavor.
