I only do a single stage fermentation. Yesterday I brewed my first ale with temperature control. The freezer w/ Johnson controls seems to be hanging at low to mid 60s F.

Question: When I bottle, do I bottle condition in the fermentation chamber, or at room temperature?

I keep my bottles in 12 pack craft boxes like Leinwenkugel's,since they have tabbed upper flaps to keep the boxes closed. And beer temps aren't as critical in the bottles as it is in primary during intial fermentation. &0 or better will be fine for 3-4 weeks on average for pale ales,IPA's & the like.
