I've never done one, the idea popped into my head last month. I've devised a recipe here. Criticisms very welcome as it'll save me headaches later

mash bill:

3lbs malted buckwheat
1lb malted quinoa

other fermentables:
1lb raw honey
1 lb mango syrup (homemade)

Steep:
2 lbs toasted oats
1 lb toasted millet

Hops schedule
60 saaz .50oz
45 centennial .50 oz
30 saaz .50 oz
15 centennial .50oz

Others :
4oz maltodextrin
Yeast nutrient
Safale us05
Whirlfloc
