Restricted? Bringing hops plants into California

My wife and I are moving from New England to San Diego this September and I have four hops plants that I will be bringing with me. Now I remember California having a pretty serious plant shakedown at their interstate border and I was wondering if anyone knew for sure whether they would be restricted or not?
 
Hops are not specifically listed on the CDFA web site. But, border inspectors can reject any plant that shows surface signs of disease or pests. So give your plants a shave and a haircut before you make your trip...

Excellent! Thanks!! I was looking at the CDFA site and there is a TON of info there but I was having a heck of a time finding where they listed restricted plants or what their rules are. These guys are plenty healthy so they should have no hassle getting in.
