hey guys, im in the process of building a new home and putting a new bar room in my place, and ive seen quite a few resturants use some sort of steam machine to clean their glasses...it looks like a square box, no more than 2ftx2ft that they load up their glasses in, hit a button and let the steam clean away...any ideas where i can get something like this?
 
yeah i am trying to find one near me, so far no luck :/

and regards to Autoclave, im not exactly sure if that is what it is, but some googling looks lke that could be what it is..

any other help would be great!
 
Head to your local bar that has friendly tenders. ask them if they can read you the model name/number and start with a google search using that. Google knows everything if you can figure out how to ask.
