I was planning on adding coffee grounds in the secondary to my porter. However, things got busy and I haven't had time to rack to secondary. It's been 4 wks in the primary. Could I just add coffee now to the primary and wait a week or two then bottle?

Yes. But a better idea than just adding coffee grounds would be to cold brew a strong batch(3-4 days in frig), and add that.

Yep. As a matter of fact, you could just add it to the bottling bucket on bottling day and still get good flavor.

When I did my coffee porter I course ground my coffee the. Put it with whiskey in the fridge for a week and adds it all to the secondary.
