Hello folkz, I've never brewed AG before and I purchased a plate chiller recently. Having done alot of research lately, I chose to go with a Cajun Injector kit instead of a brew pot and gas burner.

I notice however that the spout doesn't have threads...is anyone using a plate chiller with a Cajun Injector kit?

Are you talking about one of these>

Might be easier to use immersion coil. What volume is that pot?

I used one of those before building my rig, and I will second the previous poster - just use an IC. The spigot is too high from the bottom, and you'll be leaving a couple gallons of wort if you try to use it. I just used an IC and then siphoned wort to the fermenter. It will also struggle to maintain a rolling boil with more than 5 gallons of wort, so I built a heatstick to supplement the weak 1650 watt element.
