Is there an easy way to convert an all-grain recipe to Extract. I've found a recipe on the beersmith website that I'd like to try, but it's an all-grain recipe. Can I somehow convert this to Extract?

That ratio is for base malts (like two row, pilsner, munich, vienna, and other pale malts like Maris Otter). You can find extract replacements for most of those, but certain ones like wheat LME are mixtures, say 50% wheat and 50% pilsner, so you have to be careful. Northern brewer is great for LME as they have 100% maris otter LME and a Rye LME mix.

Specialty grains you can keep and just steep them. Certain grains have to be mashed and you should try and learn which ones they are. If you're not sure, google works wonders.
