HLT/MT/BK stainless electric

I am wanting a top of the line ready to go stainless system for my newly built electric control panel. Hermes setup. I have seen the tanks at www.conical-fermenter.com as well as blichman with weldless fittings. If you could buy a setup for under $2,000 - what would you guys recommend?

I want the heating element ports ready to go with grounding receptacle in place - please give me some ideas that are not found by googling......

Blichmann would still require installing temp proves and heating elements. Stout tanks well be more turn key, as you can get heating elements, thermowells, herms coils,etc already installed
