Hey all, Next month I will be spending 2 days in Madrid, 2 days in Barcelona, 3 days in Paris and 1 day in Brussels (I wish longer, but the trip didn't permit). I would love to hear any suggestions of breweries to check out and any non touristy things to do!

I am headed to Madrid Thursday myself. There is a place in Madrid, I think the name is Naturbier that is ok. you can pour light or dark beer at your own table and you get charged for what you drink. If you go, try the fried peppers. They are great and not hot.

There are some other small breweries in the outskirts of Madrid. Micro is a growing industry in a somewhat bland beer country.

There are many awesome bars in Brussels, and Cantillon Brewery at Rue Gheude 56 1070 Anderlecht, Belgium in Brussels if you like lambic beers.

Safe and happy travels.
