about 20 AG batches in and ive never had this flavor. DIPA been about 6 weeks in keg, drew a pint last night and it had a cidery quality. wasnt there before. won a 3rd place award 2 weeks ago out of 22 ipas. not sure whats going on, the keg is almost kicked but im wondering why i got this flavor now. infection? maybe i should switch out my picnic nozzle? i always do a good soak and disassemble in pbw. the nozzle tubing is looking a little yellow though from several batches.
