Been brewing for about 4 months now, started with a Mr. Beer my wife got me for Christmas. She says its the best worst gift she ever got me. I have since passed on the Mr. Beer to my brother-in law and his wife is ready to kill me. I went from 2 gal extract to 5 gal extract to 5 gal all grain. I now have 8 brews under my belt 1 extract lager and 2 all grain batches. As soon as I place one brew in the fermenter, I'm planning the next and have everything ready as soon as a fermenter is empty. Only down side is everything has to be ordered, the closest LHBS is 2 hrs away. Any down time I have, I am either on this web site, the AHS web site, Beersmith, reading "How to Brew", or brewing.

Are you in West Texas or the town where the explosion recently happened? ...either way welcome to the site.
