Anyone know any cider making companies on the west coast that will make cider for me under my label?
I am thinking about selling Commercially...

I believe that companies which manufacture cider are those that hold a type 01 beer manufacturers license in california.

You on the other hand are hoping to be a contract brewing company ...

(from wiki)
"Contract brewing company or contract brewery–A business that hires another brewery to produce its beer. The contract brewing company generally handles all of the beer's marketing, sales, and distribution, while leaving the brewing and packaging to the producer-brewery (which confusingly is also sometimes referred to as a contract brewer)."

And so ... some links that might help ...

Contract brewing ...

California Alcoholic Beverage Control (CABC) ...
“Read it 'n Weep” ...

This site *claims* to list contract brewers ...

In general, my first call would be to the CABC and determine if they keep a list of contract brewers (that is, "producers") and info about your license etc ... this should seriously reduce the amount of time you spend online flopping around like a hooked tuna looking for the info yourself.

Good luck!

Good info, thanks!
Cider falls under "specialty wine".
No breweries, I need to find cider makers specifically Because I don't think the brewery is allowed to produce wine and vice versa

Thats correct, you'll need to find someone with a wine producer's license. They must exist, but my knowledge is all on the beer side of things.
