I had some major issues with my auto siphon the other day that actually caused some big bubbles to pass through the beer because of air getting in the beer in the secondary. I did the secondary to add fruit and it started bubbling and fermenting within and hour after i was done racking. This should drive off all the oxygen since it.is fermenting pretty vigorously again right?

Yeah, no issues. It takes ALOT to oxidize a beer, and the off flavors associated with oxidation don't show up for a good 8-12 weeks anyway, so just drink the batch in a reasonable time period and you'll have no worries.
