Ideas w/Mr Beer leftovers

I know, I know...Mr Beer!! But thats where I started as well as many others.

My neighbor has a soon to expire Wheat UME can (unhopped malt extract). He wants to use it up before it goes bad. I need some ideas please. I have the following:

2# light DME
1# wheat DME
under 1# both of 20L and 40L
2 oz of Citra hops pellets

The goal is to NOT buy more, but use what we have. I am thinking a simple wheat, but I dont think the Citra would go well. I will get some hops if it would be best to use something different.

Make up a wheat IPA. If you need more fermentables you can add some honey or make some invert sugar. This will help dry out the beer too. Just don't go over 15% of your total gravity.
