Hello Brewers,
I'm brewing a black Saison today using Carafa de-husked II and Belgian De-bitterd Black malt. I will be pitching WLp568 belgian Saison at 75f.

Any tips on this yeast and malt?

8# American 2-row
12oz Carafa II
12oz Belgian De-bitterd
1# Carapils

.5 oz Appollo 60 min 19.5AA
.5 oz Cascade 15min 4.5AA
1 oz Belma Flame out 12.4AA
