Only issue I see is that Athanum is on the mild side and any flavor or aroma might be lost with the stronger Simcoe and Mosaic hops.

So I have two ways:
1.- remove ahtanum
2.- change addition. May be add more ahtanum or reduce mosaic and simcoe, specially from 10 and 0 min? May be a proportion of 2:1:1 ahtanum:simcoe:mosaic ?

Personally I would brew as is and adjust for preference on the next batch. But if the choice is less hops or more hops, I always say add more.
