I am going to brew a 5 gallon wheat with the following grain bill:

5lbs 2-row
2.5lbs white wheat
.5 lb flaked wheat

I have .5 oz centennial and .5 oz Amarillo hops combined from a previous brew.

What would be the best hop schedule to get about 18 IBUs with decent flavor and aroma?

I was thinking .5 oz of both hops at 30 min, .25 oz of both at 15 min and then another .25 oz at 5 min. Any thoughts?

Well, you won't get much hops flavor and aroma with .5 oz of hops, but it's worth a shot!

Maybe consider using .5 oz at 60 minutes, to give you your desired IBS, and then use the remaining hops at 15/0 for flavor and aroma.
