I ordered a Sam Adams Summer Ale clone from AHS but I wanted to change it up a little.

Here is the original

6lb 2-Row Malt
4lb White Wheat
1.5oz Tettnang @ 60
.5oz Paradise Seed @ 15
2Tbsp Lemon Zet @ 15
.5oz Tettnang @ 5

I am about to use the grain but make these changes

6lb 2-Row Malt
4lb White Wheat
1oz Cascade @ 60
1oz Centennial @ 15
.8oz Coriander (crushed) @ 10
.25oz Paradise @ 10

Wyeast American Ale II 1272

I am trying to change this from a lemon to a more citrus orange flavor ( I am out of orange peel).

Anyone have any thoughts on the changes before I dive in? Burner is on heating up water :mug:

Well I just finished and all numbers were spot on compared to Beersmith. Smelled great during boil hopefully this turns out to be a good summer ale
