I'm brewing an English style IPA today, to use up some ingredients.

Here's what I've got crushed and ready (10.5 gallon batch):

18 lbs Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) Grain 3 77.8 %
1 lbs 8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L (80.0 SRM) Grain 4 6.5 %
1 lbs 8.0 oz Victory Malt (25.0 SRM) Grain 5 6.5 %
1 lbs Wheat - White Malt (2.3 SRM) Grain 6 4.3 %
1 lbs Wheat, Torrified (1.7 SRM) Grain 7 4.3 %

2.75 oz Cluster [7.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 9 32.3 IBUs
1.00 oz Fuggles [4.80 %] - Boil 15.0 min Hop 10 4.0 IBUs
1.00 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.80 %] - Boil 10.0 min Hop 11 3.5 IBUs
1.00 oz Willamette [5.60 %] - Boil 10.0 min Hop 12 3.1 IBUs
1.00 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.80 %] - Boil 5.0 min Hop 13 1.9 IBUs
1.00 oz Fuggles [4.80 %] - Boil 1.0 min Hop 14 0.3 IBUs
1.00 oz Willamette [5.60 %] - Boil 0.0 min Hop 15 0.0 IBUs
British Ale II (Wyeast Labs #1335)

OG should be 1.062, with IBUs of 45.

Let us know... someone just gave me several packs of hops, most of the ones you listed, and might need to put this one in the schedule!

Fuggles will and EKG is a nice combo. I have a EKG will cascade on tap right now and it is really nice.

By no means traditional, but it looks like a tasty beer. Next time you can get by without the victory or white wheat, just double the amount of the torrified.

I only had one pound of torrified wheat, but I do like victory in many of my English IPAs.

I had quite a hodgepodge of ingredients, and still have some oddball amounts of other grains, so I'm going to be a little creative I guess. :D
