I am attempting to make ceramic growlers and would like to put flip tops on them. Does anyone know where I could buy these 2 L growler flip tops besides from MidwestSupplies.com or portlandgrowlercompany.com? Midwest supplies is out of stock and expensive and pgc's shipping is super expensive.

The model I'm looking for looks like this:

I would just like to find a place I could buy them wholesale.
 
or if anyone knows of another wide mouth type, that would be awesome as well.
