Hello all,
I am a new brewer from NH, on my second batch. 1st was a pale ale kit and the second was a German Wiesen recipe that I found in a magazine. learned a lot from the 1st batch, Have upgrade to a secondary fermentor and will probably be buying a 2nd one. Can any one recommend a good Blonde ale that is easy and simple to do. I am still learning and trying to perfect my system. Thanks all.

Drink don't think.

Centennial Blonde , can be found in the recipe section and is very popular . Many of the online shops have recipe kits which is a good way to get going . Austin Homebrew has several blonde ale recipes that I have pondered making.

Happy brewing !
