I just drank a Scottish cream ale that was out of this world. It was very light in color but the length of the hazelnut, malt flavor lasted for days in the mouth.
Can anyone steer me in the right direction as to what kind of malt offers this characteristic and how the flavor could last so long?
I know this is a bit of a long shot, so any help is very much appreciated!
