New guy

Hey, y'all!

So, our first batch of oatmeal stout came out OK. There are many tweaks we are going to do for our IPA batch coming up; better racking and sanitation methods plus adjusting the ingredients a bit. Yeah, my wife and I are newbies, but, we're coming along fine. We got the whole setup; glass carboys, siphons, cleaner/sanitizers, bottle cappers, etc.

After our next batch (IPA), I'm going to attempt mead.

Your wife also homebrews? Impressive, I've tried to get my wife involved but its a loosing battle. Best of luck with the IPA and welcome.
