I bought powdered form of campden tabs (sodium metabisulfite). I read a tab weights 0.44g. 0.44g/20 gallons of water is 0.022g per 1 gallon of water. what is everyone using to measure such a small quantity of powder for 5-20 gallons of water? Has anyone found a form of measurement for accurate dosages per gallon of water?

thanks for all the input

My campden tabs are potassium metabisulfite, so weigh .61g each (I think the sodium ones weigh .44 - but same amount of SO2).

I use this for my water salt measurements, good to .01g and for $10 I think a pretty good deal.
