Carbonation question

Hello everyone I am reaching out with a quick question regarding force carbonating homebrew...here we go:

I have reached a decent level of carbonation for my stout using the set it and forget it method. Now that I am at the point of dispensing should I leave the stout continually hooked up to the C02 at 10 psi for as long as the keg has beer in it, or will this result in over carbonating the beer? I am new at this so any help would be appreciated.
