May be dumb question but is there a different size washer to use at the 1/4 barb for my homebrew line? I have removed the washer, cleaned, replaced, lubed a little, lubed a lot, under tightened and over tightened in order to stop a slow drip at the barrel; all efforts are in vain as this drip taunts me. HELP!

To be specific, I have a two tap system, using the same rubber "beer" washer for my commercial side, which with a bit o keg lube works fine. No matter my process, the smaller barb leaks. Any suggestions?

Not sure what part you are referring to, do you mean the beer disconnect? You said barb which would be this but I don't see where a washer would go, so I think maybe you mean 1/4 flare which are these. If the second, there is a built in washer so don't use an additional one.
