Yeast for american light

Can i use safale us-05 for an american light? I have a BB american light kit in the works and several yeast packages in the fridge. Unsure of what yeast came with the light beer kit.
Any ideas?
Also have a safbrew wb-06 and a ale yeast, and a muntons yeast pack.

US-05 is pretty neutral, so that should work nicely for a light.

Dosen't the yeast packet or instructions say anything? I wonder if it's a lager or a light pale ale?

Should have come with Nottingham. I just finished this kit for my wife.

US-05 should be a great fit for that brew.

Just noticed on http://www.makinghomebrew.com/brewers-best-american-light-beer-batch-11/ that the yeast is Nottingham. US-05 would still work great, but if you have some Nottingham that is the one that probably actually came with your kit.
