This is a great beer and here is what the website gives out.
Our Amber is a sweet, malty, medium-bodied ale with a spicy, floral hop finish. Its brewed with 2-row Pale, Crystal and Chocolate malts. And we hop it with Mt. Hoods and Cascades.
Here is a guess I threw together with beersmith, it may be a good place to start. They say it is medium bodied and about 5.3% ABV, so this recipe would work out nicely at 85% efficiency. you can just use the percentages if you need to go with a different percentage though.
