Max time for secondary fermentation (IPA)

According do my “IPA beer kit” I suppose to do bottling 2 weeks after start of secondary fermentation (glass carboy, 67 - 75F) but I had to leave on work assignment for at least 5 days. What will be maximum time for secondary fermentation (before bottling)? Any special procedures for extended 2nd stage?
 
Don't worry. Most brewers routinely leave their beer in the fermenter to condition for 4-6 weeks, and have better beer becauase of their patience. An extra 5 days is only going to condition and improve your beer.
