Hey guys, I'm hoping to move on tomorrow from doing partial extracts/specialty grain recipes to partial mashes. Just wondering if anyone has any simple recipes using grains/hops/yeast that are widely available at most LHBSs. I've really been into Belgian Style blondes and tripels lately. Anyone have any simple enough recipes for either of those? Pretty sure I've got all the equipment I need (standard brewing equipment, wort immersion chiller, 7.5 gallon SS kettle), and I will be doing this on a ceramic stovetop. Also if it's not too much to ask, some simple step by step instructions would be a huge help, so I don't mess things up attempting to wing it. Thanks for all the help guys.

Cheers, 17 :mug:
