I bought powdered form of campden tabs (sodium metabisulfite). I read a tab weights 0.44g. 0.44g/20 gallons of water is 0.022g per 1 gallon of water. what is everyone using to measure such a small quantity of powder for 5-20 gallons of water? Has anyone found a form of measurement for accurate dosages per gallon of water?
