Is anyone interested in an Edelmetall burner and keggle? I think the keggle is around 11 gallons.

Sounds good. The last oatmeal stout I did was awesome. I got the kit from Gary's. It's Jamils oatmeal stout from brewing classic styles.

Welcome to the forum. I've brewed with Vince once but haven't brewed in a while. Maybe we can get together and brew or at least drink some beers!

Vince, I cold crashed the red today. Way over shot the gravity so it's at 6.5% abv. I'm going to keg it up on Saturday. I may brew again Saturday.

Blonde Ale Miller Lite (Really Triple Hopped)

It's outstanding. I've looked at this recipe for a few years but haven't brewed it until recently. The only issue is that my lhbs was out of cascade hops!!! I used 1oz cluster instead and I'm happy with it. I may brew it again and use saflager 34/70 instead of us05. I wonder how the enzyme would...

Blonde Ale Miller Lite (Really Triple Hopped)

Kegged this up on Wednesday at 4 weeks old. I usually use gelatin to clear the beer but didn't this time. First sip was a little weak. Second sip I knew this would go down way too easy! I will brew this again.

Blonde Ale Miller Lite (Really Triple Hopped)

I brewed this on 2/8 and racked to the secondary a week late (3/1). Fermented down to 1.006 without the enzyme. I'm gonna let it sit another week (with the enzyme) then keg. This tastes great right out of the fermenter. Can't wait to try it when it's kegged. I brewed the recipe with 1oz of...

Blonde Ale Miller Lite (Really Triple Hopped)

Went to the home brew store today and picked up the ingredients. Unfortunately they were almost out of cascade! I decided to follow the original hop which is Cluster. I got one ounce of Cluster, 2 lbs 2 row, 2 lbs 6 row, and 1.75 flaked maize. Luckily they had the amylase enzyme and us05 yeast...
