Acquired a 5 gallon bucket of local honey, plan on around 10 batches of mead. Making a Ginger Peach Mead this week.

Great recipe! My first braggot was a 5 gallon bottle bomb! Not cool! The next was pretty great, but I think this is going to put it over the top!

Decided to retry Killians Irish Red. I'm getting a really strong banana flavor and smell, not sure if it was an off batch or not but I'm diggin it. Better than I remember it being four or five years ago.
